Doug Spitz brings more than two decades of experience in the home/real estate industry to DWELL513.
Prior to his career as a real estate agent, Doug was a home builder and renovator, specializing in rehabilitating historic homes and hidden gems. His keen eye for detail and the ability to see beyond décor, allows Doug to aid in every step of the home buying or selling process.
A seven-time Circle of Excellence Realtor, and lifelong Cincinnatian, Doug lives in downtown Cincinnati’s Liberty Hill neighborhood, with his two dogs, Beagan and Nayah.

Perry Streby, Buyer’s Agent: Raised in Rural Brighton, MI, Perry studied biotechnology and played rugby at Ferris State University for two years. Ready for a change he transferred to the University of Cincinnati, finishing with a degree in Economics from Lindner College of Business. During his time here, he quickly fell in love with the Queen City and connected with OTR restaurant group helping with their growth over a span of five years. He became acquainted with the happenings of the city and convinced his wife Becky, to move here from Michigan. 2015 they purchased a renovated butcher supply shop and settled in the neighborhood of Northside with their two dogs, Chowder and Marzipan. He hopes to help Cincinnati change lives the way it has his own.

Becky Trasser, Team Coordinator: Providing Rock-star service since 2012 to Dwell513, Becky has been a vital part of our business for the past five years. She became a licensed real estate professional in 2003 and has a background in administration, customer service, and a creative mind for marketing. Behind the scenes, she works from our Hyde Park office and is always accessible to help our clients with their real estate questions and coordinate contact to closing details. Becky resides on the east side of town with her husband Mike, and fur-babies, Sadie a golden retriever and Wilden, her horse.
